By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
2. Description of Services
Creator Network Tools LLC provides tools and services intended to support professional creators, including but not limited to:
- Email services intended for professional or business use
- Tools to facilitate introductions or connections between creators and brands
- Platform features that allow creators to present information to potential business partners
The Services are provided for professional use only and not for personal or consumer email or messaging purposes.
3. Account Registration and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to safeguard credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services in any manner that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Facilitates spam, scams, phishing, or deceptive practices
- Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
- Impersonates any person or entity
- Interferes with or disrupts the Services or infrastructure
- Exceeds reasonable or intended usage levels
- Sending unsolicited bulk email or using the Services for spam campaigns
Excessive or abusive usage that materially increases operational costs or risks service integrity may result in limitations, additional fees, suspension, or termination.
5. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts with or without notice
- Restrict access to any part of the Services
- Refuse service to any user
Termination for violations of these Terms may result in no refunds for any unused portion of a billing period.
We are not obligated to provide a reason for termination or suspension.
6. Billing, Fees, and Refunds
- Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.
- Accounts remain active through the end of the current paid billing period upon cancellation.
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law or explicitly approved by support.
- If a cancellation request is submitted prior to a billing cycle but a charge occurs due to processing delays, the user may be eligible for a refund of that charge.
- Once account credentials are issued, the service is considered delivered for the current billing period.
7. Chargebacks
Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate account termination
- Recovery of associated processing, dispute, and administrative costs to the extent permitted by law
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide evidence of service delivery.
Excessive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and denial of future service.
8. User Content
Users retain ownership of content they create or upload.
By using the Services, you grant Creator Network Tools LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify such content solely for:
- Operating the Services
- Facilitating brand connections
- Marketing and promotional purposes
No compensation is owed for such use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Users may request to opt out of promotional use of their content by contacting support@scnetwork.biz.
- Opt-out requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.
- Approval is not guaranteed and may be revoked at any time.
Users may request to reinstate participation in content usage at any time.
9. Brand Deals and Introductions
Use of the Services does not guarantee brand deals, sponsorships, or partnerships.
Creator Network Tools LLC may act as an intermediary but does not act as an agent, partner, or representative of creators or brands.
Deal terms, commissions, and compensation structures may vary.
Users are responsible for their own taxes and compliance obligations.
Payments to creators, where applicable, will be initiated within a reasonable timeframe following verification and settlement.
We are not responsible for failed, cancelled, or disputed deals caused by creators or brands.
10. No Agency or Partnership
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, or agency relationship between you and Creator Network Tools LLC.
11. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, software, designs, and materials (excluding user content) are owned by or licensed to Creator Network Tools LLC and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.
12. Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on or integrate with third-party providers (including email infrastructure, hosting, payment processors, and analytics). We are not responsible for outages, failures, or data loss caused by third-party services.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Availability, uptime, or uninterrupted service
- Accuracy or success of brand connections or business outcomes
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Creator Network Tools LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $500 USD, whichever is less.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Creator Network Tools LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your dealings with brands or third parties
16. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Services, you consent to such practices.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, power failures, labor disputes, or third-party service disruptions.

19. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
20. Assignment
We may assign or transfer these Terms and our obligations without restriction. Users may not assign their rights without prior written consent.
